Hindu priest charged with sex assault in Oshawa; 8 arrested in Toronto stolen-vehicle investigation

Toronto police have arrested four adults and four teens in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation that resulted in the seizure of multiple master keys and programming devices used in car thefts. According to police, a wanted man and a youth fled after officers attempted to arrest the man on Sunday. Following a brief chase, both suspects were apprehended, and police seized a loaded AR-15-style rifle along with 27 rounds of ammunition.

The investigation led police to a home in the city's downtown area, where they discovered seven master keys and two programming devices. In addition to the initial arrests, five more individuals were taken into custody during the search. The accused, comprising four adults aged between 18 and 20, along with three teenage girls and one teenage boy aged 16 or 17, face various firearms and theft charges.
