Faridabad railway station work to affect trains for 45 days: 9 cancelled, 20 to skip stop

Faridabad railway station is set to undergo redevelopment work, which will impact train services for a period of 45 days. The renovations aim to enhance the station's functionality and ensure improved train operations. This railway station is located on the Hazrat Nizamuddin-Palwal section and is under the control of Northern Railway's Delhi Division.

According to Himanshu Shekhar Upadhyay, the Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of Northern Railway, a power and traffic block will be put in place at Platforms 2 and 3 (Line numbers 4 and 5) at Faridabad. Consequently, multiple trains will be affected, with some being cancelled, others experiencing platform changes, and others having altered stoppages.

Furthermore, 43 trains will see platform changes, shifting from Platforms 3 and 2 to Platforms 4 and 1, respectively.
