Open Executive is an AI system that serves as a company's virtual executive team. Developed by sentelabs.ai, the platform utilizes eight specialized AI agents to provide a single coherent executive voice backed by Harvard MBA-level knowledge. The system maintains episodic memory of past decisions and initiatives, proactively surfaces follow-ups and time-sensitive actions, and can reference company documents uploaded by the user.

The AI system is designed to run as a single instance, with a built-in scheduler preventing double-firing of scheduled actions. Users can interact with the system through a chat interface, and the system is protected by authentication mechanisms including Google sign-in and a shared-secret header. Open Executive can run locally using OpenAI-compatible models or through the Anthropic API, and the system supports hybrid setups where individual specialists can run locally while the Executive runs on the Anthropic models.
