Sentelabs.ai developed this platform, which features a senior advisor with Harvard MBA-level knowledge tailored to the specific business. The system is composed of eight specialist AI agents working together to provide a unified executive voice.

Key features include maintaining episodic memory of past decisions and initiatives, a built-in scheduler, and prompt caching for faster response times. Developers created an open-source version of Open Executive, allowing businesses to create their own AI CEO. The system requires Python 3.11+ and Node 22+, with the API running on port 8000 and the UI on port 3000.

Users can interact with the bot through DM, mentions, or slash commands, and can upload company documents for reference during conversations. The deployed UI requires Google sign-in with an email allow-list, and the API is protected by a shared-secret header between the UI proxy and the FastAPI backend.
