Asante Kotoko sign Ivorian defender Marius Koffi Bini Ange

Asante Kotoko has secured the signing of Ivorian centre-back Marius Koffi Bini Ange on a two-year contract. The 24-year-old defender has completed his medical examination and is set to bolster the Ghanaian giants' defensive lineup ahead of the 2026-27 season. Bini, who previously played for Belarusian club FK Smorgon, is renowned for his composure in possession and his capability of playing a defensive role, as well as his strength in aerial duels.

His inclusion is anticipated to enhance the depth and competitiveness of Asante Kotoko's backline as the club gears up for the upcoming domestic season. Upon finalizing the transfer, Bini expressed his belief in his abilities and his commitment to meeting the high expectations associated with playing for one of Ghana's most successful clubs.

I will therefore do my utmost to help the team achieve its collective target." Bini has been training with the squad for three weeks and has seamlessly integrated with his new teammates before officially signing the contract.
