Zelenskyy thanks Anutin for Ukraine Independence Day wishes

Legacy Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul of Thailand for his congratulatory message and warm wishes regarding Ukraine's Independence Day, which was celebrated on August 24. The Thai leader conveyed his sentiments on behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the Thai people.

Prime Minister Anutin emphasized the longstanding friendship and cordial relations between the two nations and expressed hopes of deepening their bilateral ties and cooperation. The 34th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Ukraine was highlighted, with Thailand reaffirming its respect for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Ukrainian President Zelenskyy responded to the Thai prime minister's message, acknowledging his appreciation for the recognition of Ukraine's Independence Day. He conveyed that Ukraine and Thailand have much more potential to explore and achieve together, expressing satisfaction with their shared ambition to enhance relations and create opportunities for both countries and their peoples.
