UOA Development Q2 net profit increases to RM95.59mil, revenue rises to RM221.20mil

KUALA LUMPUR: Property developer UOA Development Bhd saw its net profit rise to RM95.59 million in the second quarter of 2026, up from RM91.71 million a year earlier. Revenue also increased to RM221.20 million for the period, compared to RM130.16 million previously, driven mainly by the progressive recognition of development projects like Bamboo Hills Residences, Aster Hill, and Duo Tower.

For the first half of 2026, net profit was RM137.53 million, down from RM165.66 million in the same period last year, while revenue grew to RM335.06 million from RM282.27 million. Property sales for the quarter were mainly from Aethera Residences, Aster Hill, Bamboo Hills Residences, and Duo Tower, with year-to-date new property sales reaching RM316.7 million.

Unbilled sales amounting to RM576.6 million are expected to be recognized progressively based on construction progress. UOA Development remains focused on exploring strategic opportunities for future growth and expansion.
