Starc goes past Bumrah to top Test bowling table for the first time

After Mitchell Starc's dominant performance against Bangladesh, his reign as the world's No.1 Test bowler began on Wednesday. Outside the top 10, Australia's Cameron Green climbed nine spots to joint-21st, while Sri Lanka's Dhananjaya de Silva and Pakistan's Abdullah Shafique moved up two and seven places respectively, reaching joint-22nd and joint-27th. India's Ravindra Jadeja maintained his No.1 position in the Test all-rounder rankings.
