Police on Wednesday said they arrested two women, after viral video footage showed a young girl being slapped in the face. In the video circulating online, a girl can be seen falling to the ground after being struck. It is understood that two 34-year-old mothers took their children to the APM shopping mall in Kwun Tong at around 4pm, when an argument broke out over the use of play facilities.…
