Papa John's International, Inc has refranchised 28 of its formerly corporate-owned restaurants in the Orlando area, relocating ownership and operation to PZZA Group, LLC and Magic City Pizzerias, LLC, both led by Wade Oney. Oney, a leading franchisee operator, previously served as Chief Operations Officer at Papa Johns, contributing to the company's growth to over 2,000 restaurants.

Oney and his team have been recognized multiple times as Franchisee of the Year by Papa Johns and inducted into the Papa Johns Hall of Fame. The refranchising of these restaurants aligns with Papa John's strategy to partner with proven franchise partners for strategic refranchising.
