Nvidia’s RTX Spark is getting ready for major PC games, anti-cheat included

Nvidia unveiled a host of gaming enhancements for RTX Spark at the Gamescom 2026 event. Major publishers EA, Ubisoft, and Embark confirmed their support for RTX Spark, providing a clearer picture of the platform's potential when devices launch this fall. Among the games set to launch on the platform are EA Sports F1 25, Apex Legends, Anno 117: Pax Romana, ARC Raiders, and THE FINALS.

Nvidia is also collaborating with EA to integrate native Javelin Anticheat support into RTX Spark, addressing a significant concern regarding anti-cheat compatibility on the new Arm-based platform. This development, alongside the inclusion of EA, Ubisoft, and Embark, joins a growing list of developers like Krafton, NetEase, Riot Games, Xbox, and Sega that have already announced RTX Spark support.

Nvidia is committed to ensuring smooth performance of major PC games on its Spark devices, working closely with developers and ecosystem partners. The platform also maintains compatibility with Nvidia's gaming technologies, such as DLSS and Reflex. At Gamescom 2026, Nvidia further expanded DLSS 4.5 with the Ray Reconstruction model, which F1 25 already supports.

EA plans to incorporate native anti-cheat support for F1 25 within RTX Spark. The platform employs Nvidia's Arm-based Grace CPU, while most Windows games are still developed for x86 processors. While Windows can translate many traditional applications for Arm hardware, certain low-level software necessitates native support. The announcement of Javelin support indicates that native anti-cheat compatibility on RTX Spark is achievable, potentially paving the way for more online games with anti-cheat systems to join the platform.
