Musaned broadens recruitment reach to 39 countries and 27 professions in 1H 2026

RIYADH — The Musaned platform, a component of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, broadened its recruitment services to encompass 39 nations and 27 job sectors within the first half of 2026. Through 6,164 external recruitment agencies and 721 local recruitment offices, the platform facilitated connections with over 122,000 individuals and issued more than 450,000 contractual insurance policies.

By employing an integrated digital system, Musaned streamlined the domestic labor market's recruitment processes, safeguarded the rights of those involved, and raised the standards of governance and transparency.

In tandem with these digital advancements, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development introduced several regulatory measures via the Musaned platform. These included a policy on work absences, medical insurance provisions for domestic workers, and a grace period for rectifying their work status. These initiatives bolstered compliance and sector stability.

Moreover, Musaned expanded electronic payroll services for domestic workers to a total of 16, further enhancing financial transparency and documenting financial obligations between employers and employees. These accomplishments underscore the ministry's dedication to improving the domestic labor sector through innovative digital solutions that enhance user experiences and protect rights, aligning with Saudi Arabia's broader digital transformation objectives.
