MSDF, QC exchange views on enhancing cooperation in training Programs

Acting General Manager of the Qatar Chamber, Ali Bu Sherbak Al Mansouri, met with a delegation from the Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF) during their visit. The delegation, led by Buthaina Al Obaidly, Ghada Al Emadi, and Fatima Al Mohannadi, discussed enhancing cooperation between the two organizations, with a focus on training and development programs.

Al Mansouri emphasized QC's commitment to supporting productive families and home-based entrepreneurs, highlighting the importance of these ventures in diversifying income sources and creating new opportunities for society members. He stressed that having a conducive environment is crucial for these ventures to grow, mature, and eventually transition into small and medium-sized enterprises.

QC places special emphasis on advancing the capabilities of home-based entrepreneurs, focusing on skills such as project management, marketing, digital marketing, cost management, customer service, and product quality improvement. Al Mansouri stressed that training and rehabilitation are essential components of this process, as they equip entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to manage their businesses effectively.

The official also highlighted the importance of collaboration among various relevant entities to create an integrated system that helps entrepreneurs overcome challenges and turn their ideas and skills into successful, long-lasting ventures.
