GameChange Energy completes commissioning at 23MWp New Zealand site

GameChange Energy announced the successful commissioning of Bright Fern Energy's 23 MWp Dannevirke Solar Farm in New Zealand. This marks the company's first completed project in the New Zealand market and highlights its growing presence across Oceania. The Dannevirke Solar Farm was developed with a focus on long-term performance, taking into account the region's seismic conditions, undulated terrain, high wind exposure, and complex logistics.

GameChange Energy utilized its Genius Tracker™ 1P 4 String system, incorporating TopoSmart™ design features and pre-assembled components to streamline installation. Bright Fern Energy's CEO, Cassidy Prent, expressed satisfaction with the project's completion, noting GameChange's strong engineering support and practical solutions during both design and construction phases.

The successful commissioning of Dannevirke Solar Farm underscores the growing emphasis on resilient solar infrastructure in New Zealand, with developers increasingly considering long-term reliability, constructability, and performance under real site conditions.
