The seven biggest risers from Missouri football’s 2026 fall camp

In less than two weeks, Missouri football will commence its 2026 fall camp, after which the Tigers will move on to gameweek preparations ahead of their opening game against Arkansas-Pine Bluff on September 3. The two-deep roster is mostly set, with only a few position competitions remaining. Nine days remain until the players return to action. Here are seven Mizzou players whose stock has risen in the past few weeks:

1. Dante McClellan, a weakside linebacker, is expected to bring pass-rushing ability to the position. Coach Eli Drinkwitz praised his performance during camp, noting that he torched some of Mizzou's running backs in a blitz pickup drill.

2. Tristan Wilson, an offensive guard, has secured the starting role at left guard after winning the competition. Wilson, who has been solid as a backup and a center in previous seasons, has had a strong offseason.

3. Darris Smith and Daeden Hopkins, boundary edge rushers, have been praised by head coach Eli Drinkwitz for their ability to rush the passer. Smith and Hopkins have established themselves as key players on the defensive line.
