Official: Juventus conrfirm Di Gregorio to Bournemouth and transfer fee

Juventus have officially confirmed that goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio will join Championship side Bournemouth on a paid loan deal with an option to buy for nearly €13 million plus add-ons. The Italian shot-stopper agreed to the move on Tuesday morning, with both clubs issuing joint statements. Juventus disclosed the financial details of the operation.

The English club paid €1.3 million for Di Gregorio's one-year loan, with the fee potentially rising by €800,000 if certain performance-related targets are met. An option to purchase the goalkeeper at the end of the season is also included in the deal for €12.7 million, payable over three financial years, with potential €1.5 million in add-ons.

Bournemouth director Tiago Pinto praised Di Gregorio, noting that the experienced Italian has consistently demonstrated his ability in Serie A and European competitions. Di Gregorio spent two seasons at Juventus, conceding 84 goals in 84 matches and keeping 36 clean sheets. The Giallorossi have made further goalkeeper changes this summer, sending Mattia Perin to Serie B outfit Palermo.

In addition to Di Gregorio, Juventus have signed winger Guglielmo Vicario on loan from Tottenham with an option to buy, and are set to welcome Kamil Grabara from Wolfsburg under the same transfer terms.
