Mujahid George kicks off national tour celebrating three decades in entertainment
From a prodigious talent at eight to an international star, Mujahid George's 30-year journey in entertainment is celebrated with a national tour, showcasing his remarkable evolution and contributions to the music industry.
Cape Town native Mujahid George, a three-decade veteran of the entertainment industry, is embarking on a national tour to mark his milestone career. Born in 1996, the prodigy made his debut at Green Point Stadium, later becoming an international sensation. His trajectory includes memorable performances alongside global icons such as Celine Dion, All 4 One, and Tevin Campbell.
Despite facing quieter periods, George remained resilient, learning to create opportunities rather than waiting for them. His journey was shaped by his family, mentors, and industry friends, including Dubai-based vocalist Naseera Timm Holland. Today, George is an accomplished international producer, performer, and director, recognized by Johannesburg for his contributions to South Africa.
The 30-Year Celebration Tour commences on October 2 in Johannesburg, with stops in Gqeberha and Cape Town. Tickets can be purchased through Webtickets and Pick n Pay stores.
