Onn Hafiz led the Maulidur Rasul procession, which commenced at 7:30 am with participants reciting the selawat. He highlighted that the procession helps invigorate Islamic traditions, reinforce bonds, and bring people together in their devotion to the Prophet. The Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) contingent emerged victorious in the best banner award category and also recorded the highest attendance, with 200 participants.
Other notable attendees included Johor Islamic Religious Affairs Committee chairman Mohd Fared Mohd Khalid and Johor Mufti Datuk Yahya Ahmad.
