Jeff Tweedy, Finneas to honour Feist at Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame ceremony

Dancehall artist Stonebwoy has expressed joy over Beninese music icon Angelique Kidjo being honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame's Class of 2026. Kidjo, a five-time Grammy winner, received the recognition in the Recording category alongside notable musicians like Miley Cyrus, Josh Groban, Lyle Lovett, and Air Supply.

This marks Kidjo as the first African woman to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, solidifying her status as a major milestone in her over four-decade-long career. Stonebwoy took to social media to share his appreciation for Kidjo, referring to her as his "Africa mama" and godmother. He reflected on their collaborations, including performing together as special guests at the Royal Albert Hall and Stonebwoy's own godmother relationship with her.
