Another roller coaster incident? Visitors seen walking along track at Genting Highlands (video)

A video shared on social media has shown visitors at a theme park in Genting Highlands walking along a roller coaster track after the ride reportedly stopped while in operation. The footage, posted on Threads by user Nrlkbs_, captured several individuals making their way along the track before exiting the ride area. Nrlkbs_ questioned why visitors had to disembark and walk out of the roller coaster, expressing concern over the situation and requesting confirmation that no one was injured.

Other users speculated that perhaps the visitors were evacuated through a designated route following a technical issue with the roller coaster. One user suggested that it was common for passengers to leave on foot if the roller coaster became stuck and unable to return to its original position. Another user, who claimed prior experience working at a theme park, stated that safety was typically the top priority and that no visitors had been injured in similar incidents in the past.

However, the specific details of the incident, including when it occurred and whether the ride malfunctioned or if anyone was hurt, remain unclear. Authorities have not officially confirmed if the roller coaster experienced a malfunction or if anyone sustained injuries.
