ZoomInfo integrates GTM data into Slack AI assistant

Vancouver, Washington - ZoomInfo, a company specializing in business data, has integrated its GTM.AI context layer into Slack's AI assistant, Slackbot. This integration allows users to retrieve information about companies and contacts directly within Slack conversations, without the need to switch between applications. By querying Slackbot with questions, users can access ZoomInfo's extensive database of over 100 million company profiles and 500 million professional contacts.

The integration is part of Salesforce's AgentExchange marketplace and is currently available to customers with Slack plans that include Slack AI. Dennis Sevilla, ZoomInfo's Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, highlighted that Slackbot can now access ZoomInfo's data and the GTM Context Graph, which runs inside Salesforce Agentforce.

The ZoomInfo Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration is now available on AgentExchange, Salesforce's marketplace that combines AppExchange, Slack, and Agentforce. GTM.AI serves as ZoomInfo's API and Model Context Protocol layer for AI agents, with integrations across various platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, and ChatGPT.
