According to entertainment outlet Radaronline.com, the couple, who have long kept their relationship out of the public eye since meeting on the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016, took action after Roach unexpectedly announced their wedding at a Los Angeles red carpet event in March.

A source close to the couple told Radaronline.com, "Tom and Zendaya adore Law and trust him enormously, but after the wedding revelation, they made it clear that details about their marriage and home life must remain private." Roach made the announcement during an Access Hollywood interview at the Actor Awards on March 1, stating, "The wedding has already happened — you missed it," before clarifying the fact when questioned.

Tom Holland later addressed the speculation in an Esquire interview, explaining that relatives had not been confused by AI-generated wedding photos and emphasizing that everyone present at the ceremony was aware of its authenticity. The couple is believed to have held a private celebration with family and friends at Beaverbrook in Surrey, England, after Holland publicly confirmed their union in June.

Since the incident, sources claim Zendaya and Holland have instructed Roach to refrain from discussing their personal lives, effectively censoring him from making any casual comments that could lead to media attention. Roach has maintained a cautious approach in subsequent appearances, commenting on Zendaya's wedding attire as "better than AI" on Ziwe Fumudoh's YouTube series, referencing the fake bridal images that circulated online.

He had previously dismissed those AI-generated photos during a June television appearance, asserting that his client's real dress outshone the fabricated versions. Tom Holland has publicly expressed the depth of his relationship with Zendaya, describing her as his closest companion and highlighting how their shared experiences in the entertainment industry enable them to support each other in ways few others can.
