Gwangmin-seok emphasized the importance of continued dialogue between the two political sides, stating that they should strive to be "the last two people to keep the thread of communication intact as long as the politics of the nation lasts."

However, the two leaders disagreed over the Supreme Court's decision to appoint judges through written recommendation, without prior consultation. Jang cited the case of President Park's final nominee, Young-geun Lee, who accepted the recommendation, and urged for a more comprehensive approach to resolving the issue. Gwangmin-seok acknowledged Jang's point but stressed the need for a "normalization of all levels, including the procedural aspects, in this situation."

Jang responded by expressing his acceptance of the suggestion to continue the discussion without getting bogged down in procedural debates. However, he criticized the government's stance on certain real estate policies, stating that they diverge from previous commitments made by President Lee Myung-bak. Gwangmin-seok responded by outlining his vision for addressing real estate issues, emphasizing the importance of respecting market dynamics while mitigating potential market failures.
