Reliva Technology signs MoU with BASF Malaysia for e-Roads implementation

Reliva Technology Sdn Bhd, a fintech company, has signed a memorandum of understanding with BASF Malaysia Sdn Bhd to implement an e-Roads system. This system aims to enhance transport safety for heavy vehicles by providing seamless, secure, and efficient compliance management. Reliva Technology Chairman Noor Amin Noor Khan emphasized that true digitalisation should go beyond merely replacing paper with technology.

He stressed that digitalisation should offer better visibility, better information, better decision-making, and ultimately, safer operations. The e-Roads concept revolves around the coordination of the driver, vehicle, and information before embarking on a journey. When these elements are connected effectively, organizations can identify risks early, make informed decisions, and improve transport management.

Khan highlighted that this collaboration with BASF Malaysia is more than just a technology implementation; it represents a broader journey towards a more connected, transparent, and data-driven transport ecosystem in Malaysia.
