Eugene Kong, who was working full-time at a global advertising agency while pursuing the 100% online Business Administration (MBA) program at Taylor’s University, has broadened his perspective to include financial aspects, operational challenges, stakeholder interests, and long-term impacts in business decisions. Having completed his modules in April, Kong ventured into entrepreneurship by founding a creative production company offering photography, videography, and content creation services across various industries.

This shift represents more than just a job change; it signifies a significant transformation in how Kong approaches business. Prior to enrolling in the MBA program, he tended to view most issues from a marketing standpoint. However, the program has taught him to consider financial aspects, operational challenges, stakeholder interests, and long-term effects of business decisions before making any proposals.
