Paige Bueckers scores 18 of her 32 in 1st quarter, Wings beat Storm

Arlington, Texas (AP) — Paige Bueckers led the Dallas Wings to a 92-70 victory over the Seattle Storm on Sunday, as the forward scored 18 of her 32 points in the first quarter. Jessica Shepard contributed 11 points and 11 rebounds. Bueckers was exceptional in the opening quarter, going 7 of 8 on shots, including all four 3-pointers.

The Wings outscored the Storm 34-17 during the first 10 minutes of play. Seattle scored the final 14 points of the second quarter, holding Dallas without a single point for the last four-plus minutes of the half, but still trailed 56-35.
