Dodgers' Edwin Diaz Opens Up After Losing Closer Role

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts revealed that Diaz will regroup in lower-stakes games to rebuild confidence before the postseason. Tanner Scott, meanwhile, is slated to become the Dodgers' closer. Diaz acknowledged his poor performance this season but commended Scott's strong play, expressing his happiness for his new role as the team's closer.

Scott, too, has improved his ERA from 4.74 to 2.24 across 56 appearances this season, solidifying his position as the Dodgers' closer.
