Harris homers, Mahle pitches 5 strong innings as Braves beat Brewers 4-2 in Little League Classic

In a Little League Classic game on Sunday night, the Atlanta Braves defeated the Milwaukee Brewers 4-2. Michael Harris II contributed a solo home run, Mauricio Dubon added an RBI ground-rule double, and Tyler Mahle displayed a strong performance pitching five innings. Harris's 0-2 slider to right field in the ninth inning secured the insurance run, marking the 21st homer of the season for him.

Dubon's hit in the second inning bounced off the wall, scoring a run and advancing to third on a single by Austin Riley, who later scored on a fielding error by Milwaukee's Andrew Vaughn. Sean Murphy drove in the other Atlanta run with an infield single in the fourth. Mahle allowed just one run on six hits and earned the win, marking Atlanta's second win in seven games.

Raisel Iglesias, pinch-hitting, and Sean Murphy contributed significantly to Atlanta's scoring. The Brewers, meanwhile, lost for only the second time in eight games, with Jake Bauers providing the first run for them.
