Caitlin Clark scores 37 points as the Fever beat the Sky 113-90

Caitlin Clark delivered a standout performance as the Indiana Fever defeated the Chicago Sky 113-90 on Sunday night. Clark shot 37 points and added 10 assists, including a career-high eight 3-pointers. Kelsey Mitchell contributed 30 points for the Fever. The Fever closed out a 3-2 road trip with their third victory in four nights, following a two-game losing streak.

Natasha Cloud led the Sky with 16 points and seven assists, while Azura Stevens added 14 points and eight rebounds. The Sky were mathematically eliminated from the playoff race with the loss. The teams had not faced each other since Indiana guard Sophie Cunningham was fouled hard by DiJonai Carrington in a game on August 8th. Cunningham played despite the foul, scoring three points over 11 minutes, while Carrington contributed seven points in 18 minutes.

Former NBA players Enes Kanter Freedom and Royce White declared themselves eligible for the WNBA draft, stating they identify as women. The Fever will face the Connecticut Sun on Friday night.
