According to PAS Wilayah Persekutuan spokesperson Azhar Yahya, the Federal Territory wing of the political party is currently offering a detailed manifesto for the 16th General Election (PRU16). The party plans to establish 11 teams of professionals, technocrats, and activists to ensure the 12 proposed issues are thoroughly researched, detailed, and have clear execution mechanisms.

These issues include housing affordability, public transportation and traffic management, living expenses, local economy and entrepreneurs, cleanliness and environmental conservation, urban safety, digitalization of government, Islamic welfare and social harmony, education and human capital development, land and strategic infrastructure, DBKL reform and administration, and resolving Labuan's water crisis.

The manifesto aims to showcase the party's commitment to strengthening its promises and shaping a realistic agenda for the government, according to Azhar. This development is reminiscent of PAS Wilayah Persekutuan's convention in Malaysia, where the party previously proposed 12 resolutions on housing ownership, public transport, traffic, living costs, local economy and entrepreneurs, cleanliness and environmental conservation, urban safety, digitalization of government, Islamic welfare and social harmony, education and human capital development, land and strategic infrastructure, DBKL reform and administration, and resolving water crisis in Labuan.
