Lee proposed creating paid employment opportunities for unemployed individuals to address waste, drain, and beach maintenance. He urged the Indian government to treat cleanliness as a national priority and invest in proper equipment, supervision, and infrastructure for waste collection and processing.

Lee concluded by stating that Mumbai has the potential to develop one of the world’s greatest waterfronts, but the city’s coastline currently appears neglected due to sewage and garbage accumulation.
