Montreal rallies for 2-2 draw with visiting L.A. Galaxy

Montreal hosted the Los Angeles Galaxy in an MLS match at Stade Saputo on Saturday. CF Montreal's Alexis Sanchez, who is making his home debut, helped secure a 2-2 draw for his team despite the Galaxy's early lead.

Daniel Rios and Prince Owusu both scored for Montreal in the first half, while Ruben Ramos and Maya Yoshida netted for the Galaxy. The Galaxy took the lead in the second half after a defensive error allowed Yoshida to score a goal.

Montreal's numerical advantage after Galaxy defender JT Marcinkowski received a red card proved decisive, as Owusu scored the equalizer in the 65th minute. The Galaxy, however, held on to their one-goal lead, extending their unbeaten streak to five games.
