Celtic are intensifying their pursuit of Torino midfielder Gvidas Gineitis, a 22-year-old player according to recent reports in the Scottish Sun. The club is reportedly willing to offer £7m for the young talent, who hails from Lithuania. This comes as Celtic also express strong interest in Ermin Mahmic, a 21-year-old Bosnian World Cup star currently playing for Slovan Liberec.

Regardless of their Champions League outcome, Celtic is set to commit to the Bosnian striker in a £7.7m deal. Additionally, Celtic is showing interest in Fares Ghedjemis, a winger from Frosinone. However, Ghedjemis is also being courted by other clubs including Rangers, Monaco, and Besiktas. On the other hand, Rangers is preparing for a departure of their own, with potential bids from English, Italian, and Spanish clubs for midfielder Nico Raskin.
