This weekend, Europe's top competitions are returning in style, with major teams already back in action. With this in mind, we have selected five stories to kick off Saturday with substance.

For Barcelona's first XI, it is unclear whether Thibaut Courtois or Jasper Cillessen will start in goal. In the back four, we could see Dumfries, Konaté, Huijsen, and Cucurella.
