Previously, 0-35% of the fund was allocated to debt and money market instruments, and 0-10% to REITs and InvIT units.

JioBlackRock Large Cap Fund will now allocate 80-100% in equity and equity-related instruments of large cap companies, 0-20% in equity and related instruments of non-large cap companies, 0-20% in money market and other liquid instruments, 0-20% in gold and silver ETF units, and 0-10% in InvIT units.

The sectoral JioBlackRock Sector Rotation Fund now also invests in money market instruments, other liquid instruments, and InvIT units, in addition to equity and equity-related instruments and debt and money market instruments.

JioBlackRock Arbitrage Fund, which earlier focused on equity and equity-related instruments, including equity derivatives and debt and money market instruments, along with margin money, will now also invest in Gold ETF, Silver ETF, and ETCD.

For the JioBlackRock Liquid Fund, the 91-day reference period in SID and KIM has been replaced with "91 calendar days" from the effective date. The fund will invest in debt and money market instruments with residual maturity up to 91 calendar days.

Similarly, for the JioBlackRock Overnight Fund, the 30-day reference period in SID and KIM has been replaced with "30 calendar days" from the effective date. The overnight fund can deploy up to 5% of net assets in G-secs and T-bills with residual maturity up to 30 calendar days for certain transactions.

The fund house also announced name changes for two debt funds - JioBlackRock Short Duration Fund is now the JioBlackRock Short Term Fund, investing in instruments with a Macaulay duration between 1-3 years, high interest rate risk and moderate credit risk. The JioBlackRock Low Duration Fund is now the JioBlackRock Ultra Short to Short Term Fund, investing in instruments with a Macaulay duration between 6-12 months, high interest rate risk and moderate credit risk.
