FCT: Tinubu has fulfilled his promises to you – Wike tells Abuja residents

FCT Minister Nyesom Wike addressed residents of Abuja, asserting that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has delivered on his campaign promises through tangible infrastructure projects. During a tour of road development initiatives in satellite towns, Wike highlighted significant progress on the Apo-Karshi Road and the 14-kilometre Bwari-Kubwa Road.

Emphasizing that electioneering should prioritize real-world impacts over empty pledges, Wike expressed satisfaction with the administration's ability to convert longstanding infrastructure challenges into visible results. "The administration of President Tinubu has made significant contributions to the residents of the FCT. Our team can return home with the assurance that the commitments made have been honoured," he stated.

The Bwari-Kubwa Road project, once deemed impossible, is projected to be completed by December, with Wike urging residents to thank the President for fulfilling his commitments. Reflecting on his tenure, Wike credited his diverse background—spanning local government leadership, state service, and gubernatorial experience—as evidence of his commitment to public service.
