Burjeel Holdings' AiMed Solutions bring UAE’s emerging healthcare AI innovators to AI Builders Summit 2026

Burjeel Holdings' AI and technology subsidiary, AiMed Solutions, has teamed up with Burjeel Training Academy to host the AI Builders Summit 2026 Live Demo Day in Abu Dhabi. The event will showcase 19 finalists, selected from over 100 young innovators across UAE universities and institutions, who have developed AI solutions to tackle real-world healthcare challenges.

The participants have been working on projects ranging from clinical decision support and predictive analytics to digital patient experience and automation. The 19 finalists, a result of a competitive evaluation process, will present their functional AI solutions and prototypes to a jury consisting of healthcare, technology, AI, innovation, and academic experts.

Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, Chairman and CEO of Burjeel Holdings, emphasized the potential of AI to transform healthcare delivery and the importance of identifying key problems and finding solutions. AiMed Solutions works on developing AI-powered technologies across various aspects of healthcare, contributing to Burjeel Holdings' broader efforts under Burjeel 2.0, which aims to integrate AI and advanced technologies to improve patient care, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.

The winning teams will be invited to engage with AiMed Solutions and Burjeel Holdings' clinical and innovation teams for further mentorship, development, and potential real-world implementation. The ultimate goal is to nurture local talent, encourage innovation, and advance the capabilities needed for the future of AI-enabled healthcare in the UAE.
