Prosecutors to retry Yung Filly on 3 rape charges in Australia

British social media personality Yung Filly, whose real name is Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, will be retried on three rape charges in Australia. The 30-year-old entertainer was found guilty on two charges of assaulting a woman during a performance two years ago in Perth, Western Australia. However, the jury could not reach a majority verdict on the remaining three rape charges and acquitted him of the other two rape charges and one charge of choking the victim.

Prosecutors have stated that the alleged victim, a fan who was 20 years old at the time, is willing to testify again at the retrial. Yung Filly is currently free on bail and has been touring Australia before being arrested in Brisbane.
