MLA Flags Water, Roads, Power Issues At Jan Vishwas Hearing In MP’s Alirajpur

In Madhya Pradesh's Alirajpur district, MLA Sena Mahesh Patel highlighted concerns over drinking water, roads, electricity, education, irrigation, and tribal land during a Jan Vishwas Campaign public hearing on Friday. Collector Neetu Mathur shared that the tap-water scheme had failed in several villages, leading to residents relying on unsafe water sources. She also expressed worries about poor school performance and insufficient hostel staff. Mathur warned of potential protests and a memorandum if the issues persisted.

In Jhabua's Rama block, the Udyam and Yashasvi Samvad event brought beneficiaries together to share success stories of government schemes and self-employment boosting incomes. Prabhu earned approximately Rs 1.8 lakh through net-house cucumber farming, while Nagar Singh Dodwa transformed dairy farming from five liters daily to nearly 100 liters using a Rs 9.5 lakh loan for a kulfi and ice-cream plant.

Soyat Kalan village in Garoth block witnessed Collector Dr Sher Singh Meena's visit, where he assessed public facilities, interacted with ration beneficiaries, and reviewed health and Anganwadi center services.
