Jharkhand High Court stays cancellation of JSSC CGL, CDPO exams ordered by Hemant Soren govt

The Jharkhand High Court on Friday halted the cancellation of JSSC CGL, CDPO exams implemented by the Hemant Soren administration, following persistent protests from students and job seekers in the state. The court granted a stay on the state government's decision to rescind appointments made through JSSC-CGL, according to a lawyer cited by news agency PTI.

In a previous decision, the High Court had prevented the cancellation of 11th to 13th JPSC exams and appointments, offering respite to recently appointed officers who had contested the government's choice.
