DP World Accelerates Contract Logistics Expansion Across Southeast Asia with New Warehouse in Malaysia

DP World has opened a new warehouse in Johor, Malaysia, as part of its expanding logistics network in Southeast Asia. This warehouse, located in the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, is 11,514 square meters and will provide agile, efficient, and reliable contract logistics solutions for customers. It is the first of two planned facilities in Malaysia, with a second opening in Kuala Lumpur later this year.

Jeanie Tan, DP World's Chief Commercial Officer for Logistics in Asia Pacific, stated that the Johor warehouse strengthens the company's logistics footprint in the region and enhances its ability to deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions. DP World plans to expand its integrated logistics network in the region by opening warehouses in the Philippines and Thailand before the end of the year.

These investments complement other recent milestones, including the opening of DP World's first warehouse in Singapore in May 2025, which achieved TAPA FSR certification, and new logistics facilities in Hong Kong, Sydney, Australia, and Icheon, South Korea. The company's logistics platform, which includes 16 ports and terminals across Asia Pacific, is creating a seamlessly connected supply chain ecosystem that integrates ports, warehousing, and inland transport services.

This enables DP World to deliver agile, resilient, and efficient end-to-end logistics solutions while supporting trade growth across Southeast Asia.
