Ukraine Gains Ground Near Kharkiv, Foils Russian Flag-Raising Attempt
Ukrainian forces recently advanced in the Kharkiv Oblast, while Russian forces reportedly made limited gains near Kupyansk, the Institute for the Study of War reported on Wednesday. Ukrainian forces also thwarted a Russian flag-raising attempt near Vovchansk and continued strikes against Russian military assets and logistics in the occupied Luhansk Oblast.
