Tomorrow World Properties and Missoni sign new partnership ahead of upcoming project launch

Tomorrow World Properties and Italian luxury brand Missoni have formed a new partnership ahead of a launch for an exclusive development in Dubai. The project, yet to be named, will be situated in one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods. The development aims to merge the lively atmosphere of urban living with the serenity of a retreat.

Each residence will feature Missoni's signature design elements, such as their iconic patterns, bespoke fixtures, and a new color scheme inspired by the area's scenery. Xu Ma, co-founder and chairman of Tomorrow World Properties, expressed excitement about the collaboration, stating that it will introduce something fresh and vibrant to the UAE market.

The partnership is a joint effort with OCTA Properties, which will handle sales, marketing, and brand management. Tomorrow World Properties, established in 2022, is a part of the Tomorrow World Group, which has over two decades of experience in international trade and investment. Missoni, founded by Ottavio and Rosita Missoni in 1953, is renowned for its vibrant colors, creative designs, and exceptional craftsmanship.

The brand has grown its presence in fashion, lifestyle, and home décor sectors. Currently, FSI owns 73% of the company, and Katjes International holds the remaining 27%.
