Titus-Glover’s campaign team involved in accident near Dambai

The campaign team of Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover, a former Greater Accra Regional Minister, involved in a road accident near Dambai in the Oti Region on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. The mishap occurred between noon and 1pm, as the team traveled to campaign in the northern regions ahead of the NPP's National Executive elections scheduled for October 3, 2026.

Among those in the convoy were members of the security, operations, and communications teams. The incident transpired when one of the campaign's pick-up vehicles, driven by the Campaign Manager, collided with a Toyota Tundra used by Titus-Glover during the campaign tour. The collision inflicted significant damage on both vehicles. Emergency services promptly transported the affected individuals to the Dambai Government Hospital for treatment.

Speaking to the press, Titus-Glover's Spokesperson and Communications Director, Ellen Ama Daaku, confirmed that all individuals involved in the accident were treated and discharged from the hospital. She emphasized that the team's spirits remained high, and they were confident about their chances in the upcoming NPP National Executive elections.
