The Minister also mentioned plans to establish petrol, diesel, and CNG filling stations at cooperative society premises, as well as e-auction systems in 80 cooperative producers' cooperatives. Women will be prioritized for salesperson positions in 105 newly established fair-price shops. The Minister also announced plans to increase the sales of fertilizers and seeds supplied to farmers through TANFED from ₹898 crore to ₹2,500 crore.
To ensure transparency, LED boards will be installed at 100 fair-price shops, and a real-time vehicle tracking service for essential commodities transporters will be implemented.
