Rev. Adzraku Kevi calls for more women in leadership

Rev. Adzraku Kevi has called for increased representation of women in leadership roles to tackle ongoing gender inequality. Women's definitions of success have evolved, with more women transitioning away from traditional roles to seek leadership and career opportunities. Speaking on the topic "Redefining Success for Modern Women," Kevi emphasized that while women are now holding influential positions in society, such as being vice presidents or leaders of nations, significant progress still needs to be made towards achieving true gender equality.

In the past, fulfillment for women was often measured by being a married mother with a strong educational background and financial stability. However, the modern perspective views women as backbone supporters of companies and influential figures in politics and religious leadership. Despite these advancements, Kevi noted that several challenges persist, particularly in the low numbers of women in political and religious leadership positions. She also highlighted that societal perceptions often label women as less capable than men.

Kevi urged women to continue supporting each other and pursue their ambitions, as the concept of success continues to evolve and expand.
