Pet owner bailed after dog attack
A dog owner was released on bail on Thursday after his canine allegedly attacked and killed two small dogs in Yuen Long. The 52-year-old man, Ng Sui-ting, is charged with failing to properly control a large dog. The Tuen Mun Magistrates Court heard that Ng's large dog attacked a poodle and a bichon frise near YOHO Mall on Monday. Both small dogs later died from their injuries. The court also…
