Global tech giants NTT DATA and Palo Alto Networks have formed a strategic alliance to accelerate secure AI transformation. The multi-year agreement, worth $1 billion by the end of 2029, combines Palo Alto Networks' AI-powered cybersecurity platforms with NTT DATA's consulting, engineering, and managed services. The collaboration leverages joint engineering, co-innovation, and coordinated global delivery to assess cyber risk, deploy AI securely, and continuously optimize security.

Through this partnership, clients will benefit from a unified approach spanning cybersecurity strategy, implementation, and managed services. The alliance combines Palo Alto Networks Unit 42 threat intelligence with NTT DATA's global cybersecurity expertise, AI governance, and managed services. Backed by joint investments, over 2,000 certified experts, and dedicated Forward Deployed Engineers, the alliance will streamline deployments and expedite client outcomes.

Initial solutions will address critical cybersecurity challenges in regulated industries like financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and the public sector. Both companies recognize that AI is reshaping business and cybersecurity, making deep ecosystem collaboration essential.
