Kumasi Female Prison inmates showcase creativity through art exhibition

The Kumasi Female Prison recently held an art exhibition to highlight the creative abilities of its inmates and aid their reintegration into society through the Ghana Prisons Service’s Think Prisons 360° initiative. This exhibition, backed by the Director-General of Prisons, gave inmates a platform to exhibit their artistic creations and demonstrate the skills they honed through various rehabilitation programs.

The displayed works encompassed various mediums, including mosaic, collage, and batik, underscoring the inmates' creativity, commitment, and potential. This initiative is part of the Ghana Prisons Service's broader strategy to equip inmates with practical skills and provide opportunities for their rehabilitation and reintegration into society.
