Heavy rain threatens urban flooding across Punjab, KP
Heavy rain and thunderstorms are expected across several parts of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with authorities warning of urban flooding in low-lying areas today. The Pakistan Meteorological Department forecast intermittent rain in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Potohar, upper Punjab, Kashmir, upper and central Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan, with heavy showers likely in several areas.
